Additional Notes:
- Dry roasting allow 3-5% shrinkage (dependant on incoming nuts moisture level)

- Roasting will be based on customer’s requested specifications.
- We use Canadian canola oil (oil is tested and confirmed to be non-GMO)
- We are DV certified by the Almond Board of California, we therefore are able to process unpasteurized almonds, allowing clients to save $0.07/lbs
